The damage global warming has caused

Global warming has caused and is causing much damage to the environment. Some of the things that have been caused by global warming are: the drought in most of Australia and that recent flood in Pakistan that has affected more than 3 million people over there. But there have been numerous floods, droughts, avalanches, mudslides, bushfires and storms that have occurred due to global warming. Also its not just natural disasters that have been caused by global warming but also many animals have had to suffer. All the rubbish and cutting done of trees have done a lot of damage to the animal kingdom. The polar ice-caps are melting and the polar bears live there so they are losing their homes and dying out. Plus all the pollution is causing smog in many big cities and it’s just not nice to live in. And according to The Inconvinent Truth, Hurricane Katrina was also caused by global warming. It is known as one of the 5 most deadly hurricanes in the history of the US. Hurricane Katrina occurred in New Orleans on August 25th 2005. The hurricane caused horrendous damage to property, huge flooding and caused many people that day to lose their lives. Even today the people of New Orleans are still rebuilding. Although some people disagree because it hasn't been fully proven, global warming is probably the most likely factor that caused the hurricane. Scientists are still looking into it but the rising of tempuratures does make hurricanes much more stronger though.
